Gavin opened Verve Building Design Co. in 2011 with a drive to provide quality design services for clients, no matter how big or small their project. His vision, drive and ethics has seen the company grow rapidly. From humble beginnings in the spare room of his home, Gavin now proudly leads a group of like minded design professionals from our well appointed Lutwcyhe office.

With over 35 years’ experience within the building & construction industry, Gavin gained practical experience and knowledge as a qualified tradesman before moving into the building design field. Graduating from Northern Territory University and being awarded the Dean’s Commendation for Outstanding Achievement, he has continued to strive to excel in all facets of his work.

Specialising in concept design for difficult sites, Gavin has formed many long-standing business relationships with clients, earning him a reputation as a solution driven designer heavily focused on delivering quality projects.

A Northern Territory boy at heart, it doesn’t much to encourage him to head home for a fishing trip. A lover of old cars, Gavin has been restoring a Ford Ute, and is looking forward to taking it out for a cruise on weekends.
