This Sunshine Coast mixed use development site is located close to The University of the Sunshine Coast, a perfect location for the retailers on offer.  Verve Building Design Co. were engaged by valued clients, Number One Group, from the initial site concept and master planning and through the Development Application phase.  We were fortunate to follow the project through to conclusion with Qld Master Builders member, Lanskey Constructions Pty Ltd, providing detailed design drawings and construction stage support.
