Rothwell Village

Verve Building Design Co. were principal designers of this $20m development located in the suburb of Rothwell, Qld.  Situated on a 1.5ha of land with 45,000 traffic movements per day, the project development consisted of multiple quick service restaurants with drive thu facilities and a service station.  Commencing from the initial concept design phase, we prepared the development application drawing package presented to the Moreton Bay Regional Council, followed by the preparation of the detail design construction drawings.  Throughout the design and construction phases, we liaised with several national and multi-national tenants to ensure brand standards were met and incorporated into the project development.  Tenants included 7 Eleven, Starbucks, Carls Jnr, GYG & Oporto.
