Fenner Dunlop Facility Warehouse

This warehouse & workshop facility was built to by occupied by Fenner Dunlop, a company that manufactures and supplies conveyor systems.  Operating as a Service Centre, the facility was designed to allow the tenant to operate 19m semi-trailer vehicles, a gantry crane, as well as various other manual handling equipment. The warehouse building was also be fit out with a vast array of racking.   Verve Building Design Co. were engaged by long term clients, Lanskey Constructions, to prepare the detailed design documentation for this design & construct Far North Queensland project.

As lead consultant, Verve Building Design Co. supported the Lanskey team throughout the project delivery, coordinating with all associated consultants to deliver a comprehensive set of construction drawings.  With a key focus on being solutions orientated, Verve were quick to work with all key stakeholders to resolve any queries, assisting in the smooth delivery of the build.
