Demonstrating that Verve Building Design Co. can commence involvement with projects at any stage, we were engaged to prepare the detailed design drawing package by the successful tenderer, Hutchinson Builders.  This child care centre was constructed in conjunction with a 7 Eleven Service Station located on the far opposite side of the site, also documented by Verve Building Design Co.  Verve liaised directly with the tenants of both projects to ensure the construction documentation adhered to all required brand standards. Providing construction stage support to address any queries, we actively assisted in the smooth delivery of the project for all involved.
