This project was designed by Verve Building Design Co. and constructed by well known builder, Hutchinson Builders.  Hutchies entered the Master Builders Queensland 2019 Construction Awards, where this project won the Retail Facilities up to $5 Million for the Downs & Western region.  This 24 hour, 365 days of the year fuel retailer was the eighth in the region at the time.  Verve Building Design Co. were engaged by the developer from concept throughout the development application phases, and by Hutchies to deliver the detailed design construction drawings and support though out construction.
