Springfield City West Masterplan

The Springfield City West Masterplan is a landmark mixed‑use development spanning over 12 hectares, designed to support long‑term growth and deliver a diverse range of commercial, residential and community uses.

The masterplan incorporates a comprehensive mix of development components, including a two‑storey health centre, a retail shopping mall with a supermarket anchor, a large format retail precinct with flexible tenancy sizes, tavern and hotel uses, a petroleum and quick service restaurant precinct, and residential towers integrated into the broader site.

Verve Design Group has been involved in the project from the early stages of master planning, working closely with our clients Newlink Property Group and Gordon Corporation to establish a clear, cohesive vision for the site. Our scope has included strategic master planning, architectural coordination and the in‑house preparation of 3D visualisations, supporting design development, client engagement and stakeholder communication.

The project is currently in the development application phase, and Verve Design Group looks forward to continuing to support our clients through the approvals process and ultimately through to the successful realisation of this significant precinct.
